Three months before Wedding
- Collection of wedding cards from the Hotel or printer
- Decide text for wedding cards with printer
- Decide menu details and arrange for food tasting session
One month before Wedding
- Confirm co-ordinator & Master of Ceremony
- Review the following details of the wedding banquet with the Wedding Planner:
- Review menu after the food tasting session
- Select wine from our special selections as advised by the chef
- Confirm Ballroom set-up
- Confirm attendance of guests & collect floor plan from Wedding Planner
- Confirm special dietary requests (e.g. Vegetarian, Muslim etc.)
- Review the proposed programme
Seven to Ten days before wedding
- Finalise attendance and details with Wedding Planner
- Confirmation of floor plan
1 day before... Have a Good Rest! |
