Booking Procedures
To book for a wedding dinner:-
- General enquiries can be made through our wedding hotline at 6831 4769 or email ivah.ee@marriotthotels.com and annabel.loh@marriotthotels.com.
- Relevant wedding packages will then be forwarded to guest via mails, fax, emails. Packages information will state the minimum table requirements for booking of ballroom.
- Should guests have already a wedding date in mind, we will proceed to check and advise on the availability.
- Tentative booking will then be made; and booking will be held for a week only.
- A proposal will be sent to couples and site inspection will be arranged with our Certified Wedding Planners.
- Confirmation contract will then be drafted out and upon agreement, a non-refundable deposit is required as a firm reservation of our function room.
