Booking Procedures

To book a wedding dinner

• General enquiries can be made through our Wedding Hotline at 6831 4769 or email mhrs.sindt.sales@marriotthotels.com
• Relevant wedding packages will then be forwarded via mail, fax or email
• Package information will state the minimum table requirements for booking of ballroom
• Should guests have already a wedding date in mind, we will proceed to check and advise on the availability
• Tentative booking will then be made; and booking will be held for a week only
• A proposal will be sent to couples and site inspection will be arranged with our Certified Wedding Planners
• Confirmation contract will then be drafted out and upon agreement, a non-refundable deposit is required as a firm reservation of our function room
