Booking Procedures

To book for a wedding dinner:-

  1. General enquiries can be made through our Wedding Hotline at 6831 4769 or email Annabel.Loh@marriotthotels.com, Casmin.Lin@marriotthotels.com or Ivah.Ee@marriotthotels.com
  2. Relevant wedding packages will then be forwarded to guest via mails, fax, emails. Packages information will state the minimum table requirements for booking of ballroom.
  3. Should guests have already a wedding date in mind, we will proceed to check and advise on the availability.
  4. Tentative booking will then be made; and booking will be held for a week only.
  5. A proposal will be sent to couples and site inspection will be arranged with our Certified Wedding Planners.
  6. Confirmation contract will then be drafted out and upon agreement, a non-refundable deposit is required as a firm reservation of our function room.
